Keep an eye out for those bullseyes

I was going to do a post about the weekend I just spent going up to Northern California for a day long meditation retreat at Spirit Rock, but I have to get up at 5:30am to work and just now, when I was getting into the shower, I discovered a teeny tiny little tick.

This took up much time freaking out, contacting my travel companion so she could check herself, contacting the people we stayed with so they could check themselves, checking the rest of myself, showering profusely, looking up Lyme's Disease online and finally chilling out.

So, I'll blog about the amazing weekend tomorrow. Night!
