A couple of weeks ago, we finally had our June Girly Crafty Party. From May's being early in that month, to June's late in that month, we were all so excited to finally be back together. "S" has a gorgeous big apartment in Hollywood and it was our first time gathering there.
Dayna regaled us with tales of her honeymoon roadtripping from Disneyland to Vegas to her new favorite place ever, Tombstone, Arizona. She's wants to buy a brothel and make it into a hotel! It's gonna be aaaaaaawesome...
(L) See that pole on the left? Yup... S has a stripper pole in her living room. A couple of us just HAD to try it out... hee Also on the left is the Air Hockey table that we covered with food. Of course.
Does this happen to all groups of women who get together? That they always have so much food, even when they TRY not to? Probably... we are the providers.
It was a nice, mellow women's gathering that got us all feeling connected again. S is wonderful and her home is perfect for a big group. hmmmm... we're going to have to take it over more often! The end of July will find us around a Lady's pool and then a BBQ in August. Summer has arrived in full force and, although I miss the clouds, I'm enjoying the warm.
